I tried this recipe out to try and get my husband to eat more vegetables. I added in some chicken breast and it was excellent.
Again this is another good recipe, but I was a little afraid on how thick the sauce would have been so I added an egg to the ricotta. Then I added two splashes of milk and a little butter. But I would love to make this again I enjoyed it along with my friends.
