  • Bring milk and water to boil in large saucepan.
  • Stir in Macaroni. Return to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 12 to 14 min. or until macaroni is tender.
  • Add VELVEETA and Cheese Sauce from pouch; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in corn and onions; cook until heated through, stirring frequently. Serve topped with mozzarella and pepper.
