I don't make them very often, however, they are sooo good and remain one of my all time favorites. Anyone I have made them for absolutely raves about them.
I made this recipe with non-fat cream cheese and lowfat 4-cheese Italian shredded cheese to make it more healthy. It was a great hit. Others wanted the recipe.
I would recommend just mixing the softened cream cheese and shredded cheese as it just got all gummed up in the beater.
Yum! I added some chicken that was marinated in red pepper italian dressing. Everyone liked them. Used the grill to heat and brown the tortillas.
