  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix all ingredients except VELVEETA until blended; spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Press 1 VELVEETA cube into center of tuna mixture in each cup, completely enclosing VELVEETA cube.
  • Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.

Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and 2% Milk VELVEETA.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

I tried it with cooked chicken instead of tuna, sharp cheddar instead of Velveeta, cornbread instead of stuffing ... you get the picture - so very versatile and each variation was as yummy as the first. I make up the 12 and freeze them in packs of two - perfect for lunch with a salad or even a breakfast nibble. I plan to make these again and again and again.

I also used cornbread mix instead of stuffing because that's what I had at home. Making this for dinner tonight. Definitely a keeper!

The only problem is that it makes so much for two people, but I am going to freeze them and hopefully they will taste just as good.
