Easy, pretty and delicious! I used Philadelphia light cream cheese & I made this in an 8x8 square pan only lining the bottom with ladyfingers. It turned out perfectly. Tastes as good as any 'real' tiramisu in any Italian restaurant. I will definitely make this for special occasions.
I made thie wonderful recipe for one of my gals at work for her birthday. It was so delicious. The coffee really gives it wonderful flavor. To dress it up a little I added lite whipped topping ( cool whip) , then sprinkled the cocoa, and topped it off with slivered almonds. Very classy looking and tasting.
