  • Place milk in blender; add enough ice to measure 3 cups. Add dry pudding mix, coffee granules and cinnamon; blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately. Sprinkle with grated chocolate; serve with ladyfingers for dunking.

How to Make Crushed Ice

If you don't have a crushed ice dispenser in the door of your refrigerator, place ice cubes in a resealable freezer-weight plastic bag. Seal bag; crush ice with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet.

Kitchen Tip

Smoothie will continue to thicken upon standing. If it becomes too thick, just re-blend with a little ice.
