  • Reserve 6 nuts. Place remaining nuts in blender. Add water, rice and cinnamon stick; blend until smooth. Pour into bowl; let stand 3 hours, stirring every 30 min.
  • Pour rice mixture through fine-mesh strainer into 2-qt. pitcher. Stir in milk and sugar.
  • Serve over ice. Top with COOL WHIP and reserved nuts.

Substitute

Prepare using 1/3 cup toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, reserving 1 Tbsp. nuts for the garnish.
