  • Place caramels and milk in large microwaveable bowl.
  • Microwave on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each min. Stir in cashews.
  • Spoon 2 Tbsp. of the sauce over each cake slice just before serving.

Variation

Serve over scoops of vanilla ice cream instead of the toasted pound cake slices.

Storage Know-How

Store sauce in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave on HIGH until heated through, stirring every 30 sec.
