Mashed and mixed with mayo, green onion and seasonings, tofu tastes terrific in these hearty toasted whole wheat sandwiches.

What You Need

pkg.  (14 oz.) soft tofu, drained
1/4
cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2
 green onions, sliced
1
Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
1
tsp.  dill weed

slices  whole wheat bread, toasted

Make It

PLACE tofu in large bowl; mash with potato masher or fork.

ADD all remaining ingredients except toast; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 min.

SPREAD 1/2 cup of the tofu mixture onto each of 4 of the toast slices just before serving; cover with 1 of the remaining toast slices.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Special Extra
Add a few drops hot pepper sauce to the tofu mixture before refrigerating.
Variation
Omit bread. Spoon tofu mixture over torn salad greens.
