This is the first time I've made anything with tofu, and I LOVED it! My husband said "I sure hope there's more, because I want another one!" I changed the recipe a little bit, added some yellow onion, banana peppers, little bit of light Italian dressing...SO GOOD!
I didn't make this recipe the exact same way. I used soft tofu, mayo, spicy brown mustard, sweet relish, fresh dill, and a pinch of garlic powder and cajun spice. It turned out delicious. It's good for sandwiches but also went really well with crackers as a snack.
