cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

 green onions, sliced

tsp.  zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon

large  tomatoes, thinly sliced

lb.  fresh asparagus spears (about 18), trimmed, cooked until crisp-tender
1/4
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

MIX dressing, onions, lemon zest and juice until blended.

ARRANGE tomatoes and asparagus on platter; drizzle with dressing mixture.

TOP with cheese and parsley.

How to Cook Fresh Asparagus
