This recipe is delicious. As is typical of many of us I made a couple changes. I used one can Rotel Tomato and Green Chilis draining that one. Then I used a can of plain diced tomatoes undrained. I added a large clove of garlic when I was doing the onions. Nice tang to the dish and absolutely delicious!!!
I would double the recipe!!
My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. It is something I would definitely make again.
