When I first showed this recipe to my husband he told me to not bother making it and that the tomatoes didn't look very appetizing. When I made it he took pictures of it and started making calls to people about how good it was. I will definitely make this again. I added a little extra dressing and more garlic than what the recipe called for and quartered the tomatoes instead of halving them. I served it with toasted baguette instead of tortillas. If you make this for company, beware it is very stringy so dipping in the same pot might call for some finger usage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I always hate when someone rates the recipe but changes it all up, BUT I'm going to do that now. I always hate when someone rates the recipe but changes it all up, BUT I'm going to do that now. I substituted chicken for the tomatoes and this was amazing! My 12 year old and 18 year old both love it and keep asking me to make. I think you could add anything you liked and it would work perfectly.

I cannot wait to make this dish again it was a huge success, however I reccomend not using italian dressing it wasn't the best taste. Other than that it was ah-mazing!

I also added extra dressing and garlic, also a little cream cheese. Felt like it was missing a little of something, would definitely experiment with this one again.
