Don’t you love it when the only instructions are mix, cut, fill? Especially when the result is so delish. A special salad that takes 20 minutes tops to prepare.

Very good, but I HATE celery (too stringy!) so I made it with a combination of zucchini and carrots instead so that is what I am rating it on... I have made it twice, once with real crab, once with the flavoured 'fake' flavoured pollock that is a lot cheaper --- both excellent. Play with different spices (tarragon, celery salt, curry powder, etc.) --- you'll be surprised how versatile the recipe is.

I love the recipe--and the simplicity of it, but I was looking for a different dressing then Miracle Whip (my family doesn't care for it) and I didn't want to weigh it down with regular Mayo. Guess I should keep looking for a light dressing!!
