Very good, but I HATE celery (too stringy!) so I made it with a combination of zucchini and carrots instead so that is what I am rating it on... I have made it twice, once with real crab, once with the flavoured 'fake' flavoured pollock that is a lot cheaper --- both excellent. Play with different spices (tarragon, celery salt, curry powder, etc.) --- you'll be surprised how versatile the recipe is.
