It was excellent and we ate it all (even when doubling the recipe). I used Greek dressing and seasoning in place of the italian. I wish I would have put some olives in it too.

I added salt and black pepper. Next time I will try some fresh herbs, chopped and sprinkled on top. I believe fresh parsley,lemon thyme, and oregano would add a nice flavor. pepper pepper.
