Tomato & Fresh Basil Mac & Cheese Bake

Prepare a package of mac and cheese. Add diced tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil. Top with herbed cracker crumbs. Bake. Take a bow—you rock!

What You Need

 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

tsp.  dried oregano leaves
1/4
tsp.  garlic powder

pkg.  (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

can  (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1
cup  milk

 fresh basil leaves, torn

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX cracker crumbs with oregano and garlic powder; set aside.

PREPARE Dinner as directed on package. Add tomatoes, mozzarella, milk and basil; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with crumb mixture.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

No-Mess Cracker Crumb Mixture
Place whole crackers in small resealable plastic bag; seal. Crush crackers with the palm of your hand. Add oregano and garlic powder; seal bag, squeezing out excess air. Squeeze and knead bag until blended.
