  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 6 to 7 min. or until crisp and lightly browned. Meanwhile, cook rice in medium saucepan as directed on package.
  • Add beans and seasonings to rice; mix lightly. Spoon onto tortillas. Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheese; sprinkle remaining cheese over tostadas.
  • Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted; top with tomatoes, cilantro and reserved cheese.

Special Equipment Needed


Brush both sides of tortillas lightly with oil instead of spraying with cooking spray.
