First of all I LOVE cottage cheese, but I had never really thought to pair it with these other flavors before. Needless to say, it is awesome!! I hope you try it. No disappointments here.
I thought the red onions were a little overpowering, so I'd go lighter on those next time. Otherwise, interesting flavor combinations, which I liked.
