I made this salad last night and I made it again tonight for me and my parents. I just couldn't get enough of it and my parents just loved it! It's so easy to make, you don't need a lot of ingredients and it only takes a few minutes to make it! It's perfect!!!
My Dad's garden is producing the first of his wonderful tomatoes (18 plants). I used some basil and some small spinich leaves in lieu of all basil (gives a lighter flavor) and crumbled feta. It was great cool as well as slightly broiled! Try this receipe both ways - you and your guests will love it!
