  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Place chicken, smooth sides down, on work surface. Top each with 2 Tbsp. tomatoes, 1-1/2 tsp. cheese and 1/8 tsp. seasoning. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.
  • Beat egg white and 1 Tbsp. water in shallow dish until blended. Combine cracker crumbs and 1/2 tsp. of the remaining seasoning in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken, 1 roll-up at a time, in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated on all sides. Place, seam sides down, on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
  • Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt. While spaghetti is cooking, combine tomato paste and reserved tomato liquid with remaining tomatoes, cheese, seasoning and water in saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Cover; keep warm on low heat until ready to serve.
  • Drain spaghetti; place on platter. Remove and discard toothpicks from chicken. Place chicken on spaghetti; top with sauce mixture.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs for the cracker crumbs.

For extra crispy chicken, spray tops of chicken bundles with cooking spray before baking as directed.


Omit the 3 Tbsp. water used to prepare the sauce. Substitute 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce for the tomato paste. Combine tomato sauce and reserved tomato liquid with remaining tomatoes, cheese and seasoning in saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until sauce is thickened and heated through, stirring frequently.


For a thicker sauce, prepare recipe using 3 Tbsp. to 1/4 cup tomato paste. Or for a thinner sauce, use just 1 Tbsp. tomato paste.
