  • Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 8 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 20 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, reducing water to 1 cup. Stir in nuts.
  • Spoon tomato mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with stuffing mixture.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until tomato mixture is heated through and stuffing mixture is lightly browned.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese before serving.
