  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Toast bread cubes in shallow baking pan 10 min. or until crisp, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix vegetables, basil and dressing in large bowl.
  • Toss in bread cubes just before serving.

Note

Since the bread will soak up the tasty dressing, it's best to eat this salad the same day it's made to avoid soggy bread.
