What You Need

cups  wheat bread cubes
2
large  tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2
medium  red onion, cut into slivers
1/2
large  cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
1/4
cup  thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
1/2
cup  KRAFT Light Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

TOAST bread cubes in shallow baking pan 10 min. or until crisp, stirring occasionally.

MIX vegetables, basil and dressing in large bowl.

TOSS in bread cubes just before serving.

Note
Since the bread will soak up the tasty dressing, it's best to eat this salad the same day it's made to avoid soggy bread.

You will need to cube about 3 wheat bread slices to get 1-1/2 cups bread cubes.
