COOK bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
ADD onions to reserved drippings; cook on medium heat 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in peppers; cook and stir 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add ham to skillet; cook and stir 1 min. or until heated through.
FILL rolls with ham, vegetables, cheese and bacon. Cook, in batches, in same skillet 2 min. on each side or until toasted on both sides.
