    This is such a good change from our normal pasta salad and is always requested for the cookouts now. I use the tri-colored tortellini, left out the tomatoes (I don't like them watering down the dressing as they sit in it) used marinated artichoke hearts instead plus used cubes of Colby ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************t pasta, crunchy veggies and tangy dressing makes for a great taste experience.

    I have made this several times, and it is very good. Be sure to get the small tortolini because the larger ones overpower every thing else.
