A smooth cream cheese sauce laced with smoked salmon strips, chopped cucumber and fresh dill is tossed with cooked tortellini for a sumptuous entree.

What You Need

oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/4
cup  milk
1/2
cup  chopped cucumbers
3
oz.  smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
2
tsp.  chopped fresh dill
1
pkg.  (9 oz.) refrigerated three-cheese tortellini, cooked, drained (2-1/2 cups)

Make It

PLACE cream cheese and milk in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

ADD cucumbers, salmon and dill; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

TOSS with the hot tortellini.
