  • Place cream cheese and milk in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • Add cucumbers, salmon and dill; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Toss with the hot tortellini.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad to round out the meal.

    one cup per person is really perfect w/ a side salad and some pinot..... Really rich and heavy hence the 1 cup per person !!!!! enjoy.

    I used low fat cream cheese & skim milk - loved it! I substituted asparagus for the cucumber and 1t Italian seasoning for the dill. All of the ingredients complimented each other well!
