one cup per person is really perfect w/ a side salad and some pinot..... Really rich and heavy hence the 1 cup per person !!!!! enjoy.

I used low fat cream cheese & skim milk - loved it! I substituted asparagus for the cucumber and 1t Italian seasoning for the dill. All of the ingredients complimented each other well!
