  • Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water until cooled; drain well.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate pasta and vegetable mixture, in separate containers, 1 hour.
  • Toss pasta with vegetable mixture just before serving.

I could not find the specified dressing mix (and I checked at 5 different grocery store chains), so I had to substitute with another (I believe I used Parmesan Italian one time and Zesty Italian another time). I loved the fact that I could make it ahead of time - I made it as a dish to pass for a church function and dropped it off the day before!
