Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using a flour tortilla is such a great idea. Using a flour tortilla is such a great idea. So easy to make. I have prepared this several times now. I usually add more tomatoes, and use just mozzarella cheese. This is a great lower calorie recipe to make during tomato season.
