Very good, I just left out the mushrooms since I didn't have any.
What Olive garden ever added mushrooms. Have I been fooled?
I liked this recipe, but it's definitely not for picky eaters. It has some vegetables that aren't in the typical boring salad, so just take that into consideration. Oh, and since you put the dressing on it all together, it doesn't keep for leftovers.
