What You Need

1
large  green plantain, cut into 12 slices
1
cup  oil
4-1/2
tsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/3
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2
small   cloves garlic, minced
2
tsp.  milk

Make It

COOK plantains in hot oil in medium skillet on medium heat 3 min. or until tender and evenly browned, turning after 1-1/2 min. Use slotted spoon to transfer plantains to work surface; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness. (See tip.)

RETURN plantains, 3 or 4 at a time, to skillet; cook 1 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet; place on paper towel-covered plate to drain. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining plantains. Sprinkle with 2 tsp. Parmesan.

MIX mayo, garlic, milk and remaining Parmesan until blended. Serve with plantains.
