  • Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 7 to 8 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with flour; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Add water, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
  • Ladle soup over toast slices in 6 soup bowls just before serving.
