I love biscotti and decided to try this recipe for the holidays. I was truly dissapointed in the way the biscotti baked. The cranberries burned as well as the bottoms of the logs. The baking time seemed to be too long. I did modify the recipe and covered the tops of the logs with white chocolate before cutting into pieces. Next time I want biscotti, I will just go buy it!
