  • Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in large skillet. Add peppers; cook 6 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon half into 6-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon remaining peppers into bowl; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Add wieners and corn; cook 5 min. or until wieners are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice and remaining peppers; cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in cheese; immediately spoon over peppers in mold. Press firmly into mold with back of spoon. Unmold onto plate.

About 1-1/4 cups uncooked long-grain white rice will yield 3 cups cooked rice.

Substitute

Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA.
