Considering that money is so tight right now that I've been making mac & cheese and hot dogs at least once a week this was a nice twist. Cheap and easy, but with a veggie too so its not just a dinner of carbs.
It was very easy to make.It's quick and simple which was just what I needed having a 9 month old crawling all around
