Assemble manicotti as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake in 350ºF-oven 55 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 45 min.

Awesome - this is a family favorite every time and I never have leftovers!
I had to change a few things up because I didn't have everything it called for. I found the recipe while looking for a recipe to use up some Mild pizza pork sausage (basically mild Italian sausage). I left out the bacon since I was then using pork. I didn't have spinach, so used fresh mushrooms instead and also used a tsp of Italian seasoning. It totally changed the flavor of what it probably would have tasted like, but it was very, very good and had I had all the other ingredients I would have just used those too!
