  • Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water with electric mixer on low speed just to moisten, scraping side of bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; loosen cake from side of pan with spatula or knife. Gently remove cake. Cool completely on wire rack.


Use 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Chocolate Flavor Pudding

Midnight Bliss Cake

Add 1/2 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL, any flavor, or 2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee with cake mix. Substitute 1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped, for miniature chocolate chips.
