Triple Chocolate Mousse

What You Need

squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1-1/2
cups fat-free milk, divided

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

cups thawed COOL WHIP DIPS Chocolate, divided
1/2
cup fresh raspberries

Make It

PLACE chocolate in large microwaveable bowl. Add 1 cup of the milk. Microwave on HIGH 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup milk. Gradually add dry pudding mix, beating with wire whisk after each addition until well blended.

REFRIGERATE 20 min. Beat with wire whisk 1 min. Add 1-1/2 cups of the COOL WHIP DIPS; stir until well blended. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

TOP evenly with the remaining 1/2 cup COOL WHIP DIPS and the raspberries. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

Variation - Quick Chocolate Mousse
Omit chocolate squares. Pour 1-1/2 cups cold milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the COOL WHIP DIPS, spoon into dessert dishes and continue as directed.
