The secret to this delightfully moist, deeply chocolatey Triple-Chocolate Snack Cake? Instant chocolate pudding. Yup. It's that simple.

What You Need

pkg.  (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
2
cups  cold milk
1
pkg.  (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1/2
cup  JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2
cup  PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
1
oz.  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

BEAT pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.; stir in cake mix until blended. Spread into 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.

TOP immediately with marshmallows and nuts. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cake. Cool completely.

Carrot Snack Cake
Omit marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate. Prepare cake as directed, using JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and a carrot cake mix. Cool completely. Beat 1 softened pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in 1 tub (8 oz.) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
