  • Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.; stir in cake mix until blended. Spread into 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 30 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Top immediately with marshmallows and nuts. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cake. Cool completely.

Special Extra

Serve topped with thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping.

Carrot Snack Cake

Omit marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate. Prepare cake as directed, using JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and a carrot cake mix. Cool completely. Beat 1 softened pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in 1 tub (8 oz.) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
