Triple-Decker Quesadilla

Triple-Decker Quesadilla recipe

Simply top one quesadilla with another to make this triple-decker take on the Mexican classic. You'll get twice the flavor!

What You Need

3
 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1/2
cup  refried black beans
1/4
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/4
cup   chopped tomatoes
1
small  avocado, sliced
1/4
cup  green salsa

Make It

HEAT 1 tortilla in medium nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Top with layers of half each beans, sour cream, cheddar, tomatoes and avocados. Cover with second tortilla. Carefully turn quesadilla over in skillet. Repeat layers; top with remaining tortilla.

TURN quesadilla over; cook 5 min. or until bottom is browned and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
