  • Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add bacon, green peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Add sausage, rice, water and seasonings; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 45 to 50 min. or until rice is tender and most the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in chopped turkey; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
