What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

cup shredded, peeled seeded cucumber, well drained

cup shredded carrot
1
tsp. chopped fresh dill
1/2
tsp. lemon juice
4
 green onions, sliced
 TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers

Make It

MIX all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours to allow flavors to blend.

SERVE as a spread with crackers.
