TRISCUIT Reuben Bites

I loved this recipe. It was easy and would certainly make it again.

I LOVE Reuben sandwiches but I was not impressed with this recipe. I'm not sure what I did wrong, I used a rectangular casserole dish as directed but the egg mixture made the bottoms of the Triscuits soggy and the tops were still crunchy. Also, it was kind of bland. I even mixed the saurkraut with 1000 island dressing to give it extra flavor but it didn't seem to help. I threw half of these away. Would not make again.

These were great! I made them for my Bible study group and the ladies loved them.

Made this for girl's poker nite. It was so easy to prepare and it was the favorite dish! I increased cheese to 2 cups.

I made this for a party I went to and it was the favorite dish there, I had quite a few of the people there ask for this recipe! It was a HIT! Thanks!

Made this recipe for St. Patrick's Day for the office, everybody loved it. HINT: Use the Deli-Rye Triscuits, it makes ALL the difference. I also used stoneground mustard with the seeds. YUMMY!

Was very disappointed with this recipe! It was very easy to make, looked nice but was very bland tasting. I love the the flavors of a reuben but just wasn't there in this recipe. No one in the family liked it very much and I had to throw half of it away. That never happens in this household!

Makes an interesting presentation too.

I made these on our camping trip and my family loved them! They didn't last long. Next time I make them, I'm going to make sure I lay the Tricuits all the same direction, makes for easier cutting into the squares as the picture shows.
