I made this for our family Christmas brunch. I used fresh mango and strawberries. I didn't drain the pineapple tidbits. I received many compliments.

What You Need

can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2
cup chopped strawberries
1
medium mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1
loaf (10.75 oz.) prepared pound cake, cut into 16 (1/2-inch-thick) slices, toasted
1/2
cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

Make It

TOSS fruit in small bowl.

SPREAD cake slices evenly with cream cheese spread, using about 1-1/2 tsp. of the cream cheese spread on each slice. Top each with about 2-1/2 Tbsp. of the fruit mixture.

SERVE immediately.

Variation
Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Strawberry or Pineapple Cream Cheese Spread.
Use Your Broiler
If preparing for a large group, place pound cake slices in single layer on baking sheet. Broil, 3 to 4 inches from heat, for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
