Tropical Coffee-Banana Bread

Genius add-ins elevate a banana quick bread mix into this—a macadamia-nutty banana bread with rich coffee flavor and bits of coconut and crushed pineapple.

What You Need

pkg.  (14 oz.) banana quick bread mix
cup   brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled
can  (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
cup  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
cup  chopped PLANTERS Macadamias

Make It

PREPARE batter as directed on package for bread loaf, substituting coffee for the water. Stir in remaining ingredients.

POUR into prepared pan.

BAKE as directed on package.
