Prepare using napa cabbage.
Substitute 1 pkg. (16 oz.) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) for the shredded cabbage.
Add 2 minced garlic cloves to mayo mixture before tossing with the cabbage mixture.

This was tasty and healthier. I added some red onion sliced thin and some poppy seeds. The picture appears to add unpeeled mango, which I would not recommend (I peeled first).
Served this with the Honey Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin. Really liked this. Next time I will cut the red peppers in half vs. how it is pictured to make it easier to eat.
