What You Need

  frozen BOCA Meatless All American Flame Grilled Burgers
1/2
cup drained canned pineapple tidbits
4
 green onions, sliced
1
 plum tomato, chopped
1/2
tsp. crushed red pepper
2
 multi-grain hamburger buns
2
 lettuce leaves

Make It

COOK burgers as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, combine next 4 ingredients.

FILL buns with lettuce, burgers and pineapple mixture.

Special Extra
Add chopped fresh mangos to the pineapple mixture.
Substitute
Substitute frozen BOCA Meatless Original Chik'n Patties for the burgers.
Special Extra
Spread cut sides of buns with MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing for a cool complement to the salsa.
