It was okay.I guess it's a taste that will have to grow on me as I continue to make it. Considering that I don't like cottage cheese. I would make it again, but next ime I will not forget to get some bananas.
Good, even though I left out the coconut because my husbands not a fan but added a few maraschino cherries for color -and for my daughter ;)!
