Amazing! The food store didn't have the star fruit, so I made it without, but it was still great! My boyfriend and I loved the brown sugar on the bacon. We had the salad as a side dish, but we definitely could have it as a main dish! I will be making this dish again soon.

couldn't find the star fruit so i made it without. The dressing was wonderful, but the bacon coated in brown sugar was a little too sweet for me mixed with the papaya. Next time i will cook the bacon without the brown sugar to add some balance to the sweetness.
