This recipe is bound to glue your lips to a glass of milk! It is however completely and utterly amazingly awesome! One lick and your problems melt away for how ever long it takes you to eat it. I personally love the recipe and could not live without it! Although it is a sweet pleasure, I do have to say it is a bit too sweet and savory at the same time.
I LOVE truffles, and this recipe is so easy to make. I put finely crushed toasted pecans on top, before it set, and kind of pushed them into the candy. This will definitely be one of the candies I make for friends and families at Christmas. I followed the recipe exactly as printed, plus the nuts.
